One of the most sought-after areas on the southern shore is the Balatonmáriafürdő region, a favorite spot for big carp anglers at this time of year. The inflows provide a food-rich habitat for the fish, and the shallower waters warm up quickly, increasing the chances of successful catches.

It’s no coincidence that an IBCC victory has already been claimed from Balatonfenyves, along with several other podium finishes.
